Bev Mealyer

Senior Associate

Paul established PACT in 2001 after more than 10 years of working as a Training Manager for a variety of organisations. His experience in that role of commissioning training and development services from a range of consultancies led him to want to offer a distinctive service that is characterised by a focus on outcomes, a product designed specifically for each client that is aligned with their values, and cost-effective solutions.

He has a passion for helping people to achieve their potential and has designed and delivered many successful learning programmes. His previous experience includes working as a Training Manager for a large Social Services Department, a college of higher education and a major charity.

Tracey has been associated with PACT since it was first formed and has collaborated on a wide range of projects. She has a particular interest in coaching and the use of action learning sets to create innovative and effective learning solutions for individuals, teams and organisations.

Before joining PACT as a senior associate she was the Corporate Development and Training Manager for South West Trains and has also worked in training and development for the NHS and voluntary organisations.

Bev is a highly experienced learning development professional with a special interest in developing people. Creative and resourceful with in-depth experience of large scale change management programmes, she is a motivated self-starter who enjoys challenging and varied objectives. A confident and influential communicator who has the ability to strategically think through issues, establish solutions, and implement decisions and influence senior management teams.

Her previous experience includes work with The Body Shop, Asda Stores, Mellon Investment Bank and the Scottish Social Services Council.

We also have a pool of other associates who we will use for specific projects depending on the scale and the nature of the programme. They have been chosen for the quality of their work, their ability to complement the skills and experience of our staff and other associates, and to assist us in working cost-effectively with organisations anywhere in the UK. In particular they offer experience in the fields of:

 Equality and diversity

 Customer care

 Negotiation and influencing skills

 Presentation and training skills

 Personal effectiveness

 Change management

 Report writing

 Conducting effective meetings

 and many others...
